Citizens for Humane Action, a mission of our parish, sustained a broken gas line during the coldest of the February days and was presented a bill for over $1,000 for the repair. On Sunday, February 22, 2015, St. Augustine’s opened its hearts and pockets with a sacrificial spirit, raising over $500 to help the neediest of animals. Blessings to those who gave to CHA. Thanks go to the Quayles for delivering the check and other pet supplies to the shelter. With the generosity of this little church, we are changed by God , making a difference for God and His creatures, great and small.
