December 24 @ 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm
What is Christmas Eve at St. Augustine’s Anglican like?
Poinsettias will grace the church, along with candles at the stained-glass windows. The traditional music of Christ’s birth will resound through this 100-year-old chapel at Central College. The priests will bless the creche, the manger where Jesus was born. We will hear the Good News in scripture and from the sermon. The incense will purify and sanctify us – and we will come forward for the Lord’s body and blood at the Eucharist. The service will close in twilight as we sing Silent Night holding candles.
The service is at 5:30pm. Invite friends and family, and Come, Let Us Adore Him!
