The Shroud of Turin is believed by many to be the burial shroud of our Lord Jesus Christ.
In 1988, carbon dating of samples from the Shroud concluded that it dated to 1260-1390 A.D. and could therefore not be Christ’s authentic burial shroud.
But Joe Marino, an internationally-known researcher who has studied the Shroud for more than 40 years, and his late wife, Sue, made a discovery that casts doubts on the validity of samples used to carbon date the Shroud.
On April 10, 2019 at 700pm, in Ellsworth Chapel at Central College Presbyterian Church, Joe will share the history of the Shroud of Turin and why he believes that the image on this cloth is that of our Lord Jesus Christ.
